Cheers for the latest Super Spec . As I read it (which was just a glance, I'm a bit buggered), Neflix and 'intangibles' (maybe including Steam?) are going up on 1 July 2017, but the tangibles (things that get shipped to Australia) is going up next year (1 July 2018)?
I have failed at reading and brought shame and dishonour upon thy self. 'Falls on sword'
As you can see by the URL says Netflix tax but the title has online goods tax I don't know if it changed since I can't remember but I have committed the internet sin of only reading the title or if it didn't change only the URL :/.
Steam sale related the sale cards are now available when crafting badges instead of the usual coupon.
Hahaha, don't worry Super Spec , for all we know, it was accurate when you posted it, thus is the internet! I also could have misinterpreted, I'm rocking a virus this week, and my head's all sorts of fuzzy. Good luck with your sale cards .
Grabbed Tropico 5 - Complete Collection for $5.69 from Bundlestars steam wise nothing jumping out immediately to buy I can see all but one game on my wishlist going cheaper so don't want to buy any when I'm unsure when I'l get around to playing them. A couple around that I will think about though.
My steam wallet went up a few bucks during the sale. Nothing really screamed must buy for me either I just looked at things and thought they'll go cheaper currently hitting up PS4 games so didn't see much point in buying any just to sit there and risk going cheaper before I get around to it.
Finally Assassin's Creed® Revelations is on sale on steam for more then 50% so I got that had to compromise for 66% doesn't seem it will reach 75% again since it hasn't for several years now and the past few big sales it only reached 50% off.
Tempted by the Humble Monthly Rise of the Tomb Raider is tempting for $12us but its not an insta buy since its only the base version and not the 20th anniversary one. Deciding whether I feel lucky with what the hidden game might be.
